Pms or pregnancy?

Having a lot of symptoms but they could be either...

Had a lot of bloating in the fist week of my tww and cramping throughout most of it aswell. Got a really bad backache today too

I'm about 3 days before af is due

Anyone have these symptoms and got bfp? Tested Monday bfn but still hoping...
