weight loss tips?

Hey ladies, I'm currently 6 months post baby and I've been eating healthier than ever and get loads of excersize... but I've gained 60 lbs! I'm now at 315lbs. I feel gross. I was wondering if you guys had some tips? I'm walking 2 - 3 miles a day. Plus, 3 days a week I add in crunches and some other small exercises. I'm eating portioned meals. I don't indulge in sodas anymore or juices. I'm struggling so much with this...
