So confused 😩

I got a flashing smiley face the day after my period ended I got my peak solid face cycle day 9, on a cheapie I got a strong positive on cycle day 10. How is it possible I would start getting a flashy smile A DAY AFTER MY PERIOD. Can I ovulate day 10?
