Filtering posts by keywords?

Is there a way to filter out the posts in my feeds that contain certain words? For example, I’ve experienced MC in the past and am still in the early stages of this pregnancy. I hate seeing tons of “Does this mean I’m miscarrying?” posts with pictures of discharge and spotting in my feed all the time (even if the pics are TMI) - it sometimes seems like every third post is like this and it’s tough to see over and over again.

For those of us who don’t want to constantly worry about MC, is there a way to filter these posts so we don’t have to see them? If there isn’t yet, Glow could you work on that option?
