Where’s my spike? 😞

I’m so sorry for flooding this board this week, but this is my first fertile week charting and actually our first cycle TTC so I have a lot of questions. Taking into account my CP, CM, and OPKs, when can I expect my BBT spike? Should it have happened already? I’m getting worried. I had to stop taking my anxiety meds so I could TTC so I’m having a hard time staying calm over this.

Don’t stress too much. BBT is not fool proof and should be accompanied with tracking your period and ovulation tests if you can swing it. Knowing the length of your cycle helps you guesstimate when you ovulate but there are actually some cycles you don’t ovulate (sad but true). So just keep doing what you’re doing and don’t be discouraged. The more data you have the better but it takes time to accumulate that data.
