My doctor has scheduled me to be induced next Thursday at 40+1 if my baby does not come out by 40 weeks.

He “weighed” (because measurements are always off) 4200 grams at 38 weeks.

I was reading that if the baby isn’t estimated to be more than 5000 grams then I shouldn’t need to be induced.

I gained a pound from last week so I want to have another growth scan before being induced. Something tells me it’s not a good idea to force labor if there’s a chance the doctors could be wrong.

My doctor is being kind of an ass recently (Dont know if it’s because I wanted to deliver at a different hospital) and I don’t know if she will agree to it.
