Does anyone know how to make it more liquidy we've already added the oil. It's candy melts. It's to thick and doesn't work with our cake pops.

corn syrup will thicken it!!! DO NOT USE CORN SYRUP IT WILL MAKE IT HARD

Coconut oil and a double boiler works better. (Double boiler is when you take a pot and boil the water and put a bowl over it and melt your chocolate in the bowl). I’m my restaurant to thin out chocolate I use this method and coconut oil is what I prefer

That device probably doesn’t work and doesn’t get hot enough 
Add more oil

I think you can a bit of coconut oil, or corn syrup. It’ll make it more runny
