Impatient first time mom

I'm 38w1d & I barely had my first cervix check Tuesday & got a little upset when she told me I was not dilated at all like what?! I'm so ready for my daughter nervous! But very excited, due date is feb 27th and it feels like forever!! So far I have not had any contractions or pain or light blood after the cervix check... nada :( any things I could do to start dilating? (I'm only 18, single ftm so sex is a no for me 😅)
