I'm crying

I'm in English class and I'm experiencing some terrible cramps!! I was taking a quiz and it just randomly hit and I dropped my pencil. What can I do to make it go away??

I started my period only last night and it was a very light flow and I'm scared that it's going to get heavy in school and possibly leak. I'm about to go to choir and the last think I want this pain is to sit up straight and sing.
