Question with essential oils during pregnancy
I know digest zen defiantly helps with my morning sickness but is it safe to take while pregnant? I’ve tried to look it up and I found articles saying it helps with pregnancy sickness but I haven’t found anything that specifically says that it is or isn’t safe, so I wanted to ask you ladies what you’ve heard and experienced
