Feeling defeated

Lately, I’ve been missing my periods and not able to ovulate. I had blood work done to find out that I’m insulin resistant and right now my levels are so high that my body is acting like a male, which won’t let me have a period or ovulate. I just want a baby so bad & I feel overly defeated with this process. I start on metformin to help bring my levels down & hopefully it’ll let me start ovulating on my own. I see all these new moms posting pregnancy pictures and I envy them, I just need prayers for strength at this time.
