Use a cool mist Humidifier, and put in distilled water especially if you have hard water in your home.
Also steam up the bathroom for 5 minutes or so before giving baby a warm bath. 
Saline solution and a bulb syringe to get the boogies out.
Prop up one side of the mattress by putting a blanket underneath. Put babies head on the propped up side.
