I have some days I forget but mostly do well. I just try to take them before I fall asleep every night.

I used to forget when we were trying but since I got pregnant I leave the bottles on my night stand and take them right before bed.

Almost always forget on Saturday morning because my routine is off, but take it later once I realize!! I had to add it into a daily routine I already had (contacts, brush teeth, take pill).

I've been taking daily vitamins since I was 16. It's such a habit at this point. It's absolutely no problem remembering for me.
