Real contractions? FTM 36 weeks

I’m 36 weeks pregnant I’ve been having what I’m assuming are real contractions. They feel like tightening all over my stomach and under my breast bones and in my lower back. Baby’s moving is this the back pain is in my mid back also like at my spine Does this sound right?

That sounds like Braxton Hicks. There is no mistaking real contractions

Braxton hicks cause your stomach to tighten as well.. but fade away when u change positions or move around... or go pee lol ... real contractions keep coming... grow stronger as they come & you typically can't talk thru them...

If changing positions eases them, it's Braxton Hicks. Drink some water, move a bit, and try timing them to see if they're consistent.
