Hey Guys, I really need some help. This is my first baby, I am so excited to have a child. But I went to the bathroom and saw blood on my underwear. It’s more than just a drop so I’m extremely nervous about if this is the beginning of a miscarriage or not. I have been experiencing really bad pain in my lower stomach and uterus. I don’t think it’s implementation bleeding, so I am just very concerned. Please help me figure out !! I would highly appreciate it🤧
