tips for after a membrane sweep...
hello guys I'm 40+1 and got a membrane sweep 7 hours ago came home and took a nap but now I wanna try something to help myself go into labor.. I don't wanna be induced! ugh. I will probably jump on my ball for a while but Idk what else to do.. any help, please :)
