Lymph nodes swollen

Ok you guys my son has a lot of allergies and is allergic to quite a bit of things..he also has really bad asthma...so he has a sore throat no cough or anything no runny nose his lymph nodes on his right cheek between his ear and chin are swollen and they are firm took him to the hospital he has been on antibiotics for 3 days now it has went down very little! He is 3 and he finally started back eating yesterday..it just breaks my heart for his little face to be so irregular 😓 anyone have experience 😓
