Right size?

My baby is breastfeed and bottle feed but with breast milk. Are these the right size? I went from 24mm to 21mm and still pulling the Areola?! I get more milk now with the 21mm but I’m lost! It said to go down and that’s what I did? So maybe go up? It’s not hurting me or anything.

That looks wayyy too small to me. Id go up a size.

if you're getting more milk and it doesn't hurt I would say it's good!!!

I have to wear 2 different sizes. I wear a 30 on my left and a 27 on my right. it's crazy but it works. I am WIC approved so they gave me flanges. talk to your lactation consultant they should be able to help!

What does your nipple measure as? Is this pic before, during, or after pumping? Really what matters most is comfort and milk output, so if this works, go for it! (and if you still struggle with comfort, I really can't say enough good things about Pumpin Pals!).
