Pumping Milk
Question. Maybe overthinking but the more fatty milk is at night. So it’d be smart to pump and store then feed at the same time of day when thaw out. Hormones are in the milk at night to help baby sleep... so if I have 5pm milk it wouldn’t help him sleep if I fed it to him at 8pm. He’d be still hungry. Does anybody else wonder this?
