Pregnant or period?

I have a IUD as birth control and I haven’t had any problems. I’ve had it for almost 2 years. I haven’t gotten my period in about 2-3 months which my doctor said would eventually happen. This morning I was having some pain in my left ovary and now I went to the bathroom and I have very little, very light pink blood when I wiped. Could I be pregnant or getting my period or maybe it was just a one time thing??
