birth plan?

has anyone made one yet? this is my second baby and i wanted to have one written out this time around but i have no idea where to start

I personally think there are too many variables to try to have a plan in writing. My hope and “plan” is for the doctors to do whatever they have to to get my baby safely and keep me alive 😂

Same as my first. As natural as possible, only my husband and I, really as little doctor intervention as possibly (like my first). I only got checked a handful of times after needing to start pitocin, had my water broken (the rest of the way), pushed three times.

For me, the plan is just a safe delivery. I am a labor and delivery nurse and believe written birth plans are bad luck lol.

Yes this is my second so I just updated my birth plan last week. Of course a few things changed while in the hospital due to circumstances BUT I loved having one and will do so again this time. Pinterest one to start!

My birth plan went out the window with my first. So my only “plan” is to labor as long as I can at home and then go to the hospital and get an epidural.

Due to complications with my first I have to have a c section this time. I had a write out plan with my first but it stayed in my bag the entire time. I bullet pointed things that were important to me. Example: Want to have husband and my mom in the room. Want to hold baby first. Want husband to stay with the baby if I had an emergency c section. Want an epidural. There are a lot of good templates on Pinterest also.
