So I send this guy I really liked nudes( I know stupid decision please don’t hate I’m already depressed) and he showed a couple of his guy friends that were over his house and when me and my friends confronted him over text he was blaming it all on my( once again I know it was my fault for sending them but it was his for sharing them) and I really can’t sleep I’m trying but I need some tips on how to get over the depression and anxiety and what will help me sleep
