I took a pregnancy test because I was feeling nauseous,getting cramps and lower back pain for a few days and the test came back with a faint line so I decided to take one in another week. But I was spotting this brownish discharge few days ago and then I was spotting and I got my period, but my pains are so bad I need to take painkiller every 4 hours and I never have period cramps. My period is heavier then usual and I’m on day 2 and I have blood clots which I only get at the end of my period. Would you say this could be a miscarriage or just a really bad period
