Braxton Hicks at 24+5?

The other night I was at work; we do a lot of walking up and down halls, I was walking to answer a call light and I had the worst pain and my lower abdomen was really tight. I was almost in tears. Luckily, by the time I came back up the hall it was change of shift. It eased up when I sat down in my car. I’m not really sure what Braxton Hicks feels like but I heard it’s just really tight in your lower abdomen and it doesn’t intensify.

I just need someone to help and explain exactly how Braxton Hicks feels for them because I’m completely lost and don’t want to be saying I’m having these false contractions if I’m not.
