What symptoms have you experienced while carrying your twins during your first trimester?

I’m 6 weeks we did IUI so I’ve known i was pregnant since day 14. I’ve had the worst morning sickness 😫😫. I’m always tired, i pee all the time & i get emotional. Also i crave salty foods. We were having triplets but one never developed. We are having di/di twins

I really haven’t had any horrible symptoms. I haven’t gotten sick (yet) I’m almost 12 weeks. I had 3 long days and nights of nausea in week 6 and my nipples get really sore and sensitive and I’m always starving and can’t let myself get hungry. Other than that some days I don’t even feel pregnant! Let alone with twins!

I have bad morning sickness I had to be put on zofran just so i can eat,  had some constipation but now that I'm taking the zofran that is terrible some times I can't go for 3 days and it hurts bad when I do,  I've just been very tired, irritable and moody,  and generally I feel uncomfortable already I am 11weeks
