Wisdom Teeth

I got my wisdom teeth removed end of September of 2017 well I’m having a little swelling and I can’t eat on my right side, only left also there is like something “white” where my wisdom tooth was ? And it hurts...... any thoughts on what could be going on I have a dentist appt the 26th but thinking about calling them Monday and seeing what they can do.
