Its only gonna hurt more than the 1st time, if they pierce you thru the original hole. Which is fairly painful, because scar tissue is there. That happened with my bellybutton. I wanted to knock the lady out, because she did it on purpose, lol..Puta. However, it was the best spot for it.. Just suck it up buttercup, if you decide to get it done again.

I have had my tongue pierced twice the first time it hurt and was swollen for the whole two weeks after getting it done the second time I got it done the piercer hit the exact same hole and it didn't hurt at all i was eating McDonalds right after getting it done..

I havnt gotten my tongue repierced but i have gotten others redone and it has always hurt more because of the scar tissue.

It can because of the scar tissue. It always just depends on the person getting the piercing because of pain tolerances and how well the old piercing healed
