Horrible horrible nightmares where I start bleeding and don’t stop, and I start screaming, they are so terrible. I wake up and run to the bathroom to check that everything is okay... has this happened to anyone else? I honestly don’t want to sleep anymore it’s happening so often.

Backstory: I had a mc in November and had to have 2 D&C;’s, we got pregnant after our first cycle.

I don’t know if I should talk to someone or start meditating but I need to do something! Open to suggestions.
