Help! Separation anxiety!

Okay moms, we need some serious help. Our daughter is 10 months old and she wants to be held ALL the time.... We’ve been trying the cry it out method and letting her sit but it does not seem to be working. She gets severe separation anxiety and gets so upset and starts hyperventilating. It’s starting to get so bad that our church can’t handle her in the nursery anymore. HELP!
