Weight loss after c section
I am a first time mom and I had a c section almost 2 weeks ago! Obviously it is too soon to start fully exercising but I was wondering if any other mommas out there who have had a c section knew of some very light workouts I could start doing. Before getting pregnant I was on a weight loss journey because I was the heaviest I had ever been. I was very active and lifted weights 5-6 times a week. I stopped while I was pregnant because it was very difficult for me and I was sick and in a lot of pain. I am 7 pounds away from my pre pregnancy weight and I want to start getting rid of the baby fat and more but I don’t know where to start because of my c section and I can’t lift weights yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
