What have y'all taken????

I'm 32 weeks pregnant. I have this sore throat just throat no cold no cough no runny nose. What have y'all taken (non medicine) to sooth the throat? Someone told me lemon tea, is that ok to take while pregnant?

Tea with lemon and honey (you can do decaf if you’re worried, or even just hot water and lemon and honey) and...marshmallows! Actually invented to cure sore throat. Lasts for a little bit but hey, who’s not going to enjoy marshmallows 🤷‍♀️

I've done lemon tea with honey and lemon ginger tea and I have done lemon honey cough drops. Gatorade seams to help as well.
