Hi ladies!

I need some advice. My husband and I live in KY and my family lives in NJ. We see them maybe twice a year. This year we’ll see them for the first time June 10th-June 14th.

The next time won’t be until November.

We’re hoping to get pregnant in May but we won’t find out until the week of my period (it should come June 12th). Literally NO ONE in our family knows that we’re going to start trying. So, it’ll be a huge surprise!

It’s really important for us to tell my dad, sister, and brother in person since they’re our closest family since my mom died. We don’t get to see them as much as we want but they’re the closest thing that we have to family here.

Would you feel comfortable telling family so soon after finding out? We would literally find out just days before we’re with them.
