Naturally conceived twins without it running in family?

I’m just curious if anyone on here was completely surprised with twins. Conceived them naturally and didn’t have anyone in the family that you knew of that carried twins?

I was supposed to have my ultrasound yesterday, but there was a bad ice storm so I had to reschedule  until Tuesday. I understand that every pregnancy is different but this one is sooooo different from my daughter. I’m nauseous all day every day. I found out at dpo 7 that I was pregnant and had a lot of cramping the first two weeks. I’ve lost 15 lbs since finding out I’m pregnant. I guess I’ll find out Tuesday how many are in there

Yes me! My husband and I didn’t find out we were having twins until our 19 week ultrasound. We are currently 23 weeks. We only saw one baby with our other ultrasounds. I have no family history, but my husband has twins on his side.

I did I have two fraternal six month old baby girls and no twins run in my family and it was all natural. Best blessing I could ask for.
