my 10 month old has run a fever for about 3 days ranging from 99 to 101. We took him to the doc, ran flu, strep, and rsv tests and nothing. he's not coughing or shitty and no vomit and no diarrhea. Am I to assume teeth? we've been alternating Tylenol and Motrin but he's up every 2 hours at night. which is awful when this kid has slept through the night since birth. he didn't run a fever all day today but it spiked this afternoon again. We are just at our wits end.
