I need tattoo idea suggestions! 💕

so on my lower arm I have a tattoo for my son. I'm due in a couple months with baby #2 & I want a tattoo for her on my upper arm, ultimately to connect them both into a full sleeve tattoo for my babies. Any ideas & pictures would be amazing!! thank you!!! 🤗❤️
