brown blood multiple pregnancy

I'm so worried I desperately need to hear from ladies who have had the same. This morning my morning sickness was intense and my stomach was convulsing violently as I was heaving and being sick. About half an hour later I wiped after going to the toilet and there was brown blood on the paper. I'm so worried as I had a missed MC in November and I had brown bleeding followed by a smear of fresh blood. Could it be from the convulsions? they were really strong. I'm pregnant with twins and I can't bear the though of losing two babies so soon after losing one.
