Light bleeding????

Is this amount of bleeding normal??? I never had bleeding with my first. I’m 6w5d.

I had this last night for about 3 hours with two little specks of actual red. Called my gp office and they said it is fine as long as it doesn't get heavier or I start cramping with it.

The bleeding got slightly heavier and darker. I contacted my OB and they have me coming in tomorrow at 9:40am. I’m terrified. Breasts are still super duper tender/sensitive, I still feel pregnant, still super hungry, still super fatigued. I’m hoping for the best and preparing for the worst 😔
