Help!

I’m a 28 year old female. I work in car sales so some days all we do is eat and then there are day we are so busy we do t eat and when i get home i snack and eat a full BIG meal and go to bed😩 I am gaining so much weight! My job is also stressful i need tips on how to get rid of my stomach pudge and my arms! I think also when I’m most stressed is when i snack the most...suggestions plz
