What did/do you use for babies to sleep next to you?

I have been debating what I want for bassinets next to our bed for the first few months. Any type of bassinet better and babies slept well in all night? Please post/share! I don’t think I want a pack and play worth the double bassinets on top, not enough room in our bedroom. One baby on moms side one baby on dads side?! Help!!

I used a twin pack and play because they slept better next to each other, but you could get two of these? That was our second choice but we ended up  loving our joovey pack and play.
