What shampoo & conditioner is good for dry damaged hair . My hair is long and thin preferably not salon they’re pricey . Thanks

Salon products will be better for your hair. Most drug store shampoo and conditions even ones you can get at Sally's can cause buildup which will result in more damage down the road. Even the ones that make your hair feel soft. That feeling is fillers/waxes that coat the hair and trick people into thinking it's helping their hair. Talk to a professional near by that is trusted about your hair and hair goals and see what they recommend for you. I would also talk to them about treatments in salon.

Ask a salon professional. I like mizani products and am shying away from drug store productions. If i had to i would use nexxus or biolage.
