Acne Sucks!

I took birth control pills for a long time but I’ve stopped us by them the past couple years (I’m married now and don’t really feel like I need them). Since I’ve stopped taking the pill I’ve been getting acne pretty bad especially when I’m on my period. I wash my face with Dove Sensitive Skin soap and warm water daily and it seems to help some but it doesn’t clear up my acne completely. I’ve tried St. Ives and it worked great when I was taking the pill but not so much anymore. Any remedies or other products that have worked for any of you??
