I was in work today a lot more cold than normal. When I looked at my hands my nails buds were now pale blue I could not get warm no matter how many articles of clothing I put on. It scared me I told my husband he sat with when I got home to make I ate no matter how long it took to eat it. It was hard but I did it ! After he ran his errands he pick up McDonald’s he said I don’t have eat all it but try to eat. I ate at least half maybe less. I was so happy I ate I felt so proud of myself. I hope I can keep this up.
