I am getting nervous

Sooo my Mother in law believes the reason I cannot get pregnant it’s because my uterus has fallen...?? She convinced me to get a fertility massage (sobandera- Mexican lady that does massage treatments for illnesses) anyways has anybody heard of such thing? My coworker said same thing happens to her on her second child, wouldn’t get pregnant went to a sobandera and boom! She was pregnant the next month, I am getting nervous because I don’t know if it’s going to work or not.
