Do you think 20-21 is too young to become a mom?

I want a baby so bad and so does my boyfriend. We aren’t married. But we are financially stable...I’m so ready to be a mother I loooove babysitting and have experience with all baby things through my nieces and nephews. I have always wanted to be a mom. Just wanted to hear everyone elses opinion

I don’t think 20 is too young but I think it’s much smarter to start a family with someone you’re married to. I’m not judging anyone who has had a baby out of wedlock or that it can’t work but the ideal situation is to be married. Having a baby is a HUGE commitment so why not start by committing to the babies father?

If you feel like you’re ready (financially, mentally) and you trust that feeling with all your heart then no one has the right to tell you otherwise. 
Go with your gut. 
Age is just a number. 
That said, I’d make sure you do everything not kid friendly now or while TTC. 
The newborn and toddler years are absolute craziness and we don’t get away much anymore. It’s worth everything you give up for the baby you gain, but there are things you give up...so if you’re serious about it, I’d take that big trip now!

I had my first four months before I turned 18 and wouldn't change it for the world. He's been one of the biggest blessings in my life. He's almost two now, and I'll be having his sister three months before I turn 21. Age doesn't matter. Maturity, ability to provide financially, stability as far as home and job is what needs to be considered before having a baby.

I can only tell you my experience...it would be way too young for me (and my friends at that time). My sisters had theirs at 17 and 18...also too young. 
That's not to say young mothers can't be good mothers. Just that no two people are built alike. My first baby came at 32, the second will be here at 33 😊

I had my baby at 21 🤷🏾‍♀️ just make sure a baby is what you both want. Not just half way want. 
It takes A L O T of responsibility but i am sure you guys can do it

If you both feel ready for parenthood, go for it! My mom became pregnant when she was 18 and I am currently pregnant at 20 years old too. We both were financially unstable and our pregnancies were unplanned. But we had good relationships with our significant others.

I had my oldest at 19 and turned 20 a week later had my second at 24 and now I will have my third at 25. I remember everyone telling me with my first that I was too young to be a mom but what do they know. Being a mom comes natural I’m so thankful for all three of my baby girls they give me life

I had my daughter at 19 but I got married a month before I got pregnant because I didnt wanna have a child outside marriage. Anywho age doesnt matter honestly if you want a baby just make sure you know what babies come with. I know alot of us young girls want babies but then some are so scared of birth like honestly? How did you think babies came out?
