Have sex every other day, I was informed.. for two weeks. Not sure if its after period for two weeks or during ovulation week? If I make sense lol

Some save every other day starting after AF ends in case you ovulate much earlier or later than the average CD 14. However if you're pretty clear on when you ovulate, and not just based on the app, I've heard every other day during the week around ovulation. Good luck!
