Don’t know what’s going on?!

So I have taken numerous pregnancy test there negative but still no period and I’ve not had any spotting but I’ve been having cramps that last all day and usually on one side mainly on my right side above my hip bone and pain in my pelvic area idk what to do I go to have an annual check up tomorrow any advice?
