Per doctor

So I recently had my 2nd c section after 10 years. While my husband walked with the nurse to take our newborn to the nursery my ob made a comment about making this baby my last one because of the adhesions or scar tissue I have on inside, if not I may have to have a hysterectomy if I come out pregnant again. I’m crushed because I’m only 32 years old and I wanted to at least have 4 kids right now I have 3 but my first born was vaginal. Has anybody been told this and has had multiple c sections with no problems? I’m not thinking about coming out pregnant with in the next 6-10 months I was going to wait 2 years or so which I feel is enough time to heal but idk 😔 I wish I would have opted for a vbac with this little one.
