Cycle DAY 75.. light bleeding? now stopes

hey girls probably seen a few of my posts.. I have missed 2 periods nearly my 3rd. last deriod was Dec 4th. having symptoms of pregnancy but blood and urine tests are negative? well any was last week I had a scan done I have a sac in my uterus. to early to tell they think it's an rely pregnancy I got a follow up scan March 1st. but today I started bleeding? but nothing like my period. started of light pink only when I wipe. now it's more reddy? any help would be fantastic . already gone through a miscarriage and a chemical pregnancy? :( but also have a healthy 4 year old daughter but other 2 pregnancy were unsuccessful :(
