5 minute workouts?

Has anyone tried these? Basically 5 minutes a day.

I found these fit in 5 episodes on tv and tried one last night as it seems like something easy to fit in.

I'm skinny but incredibly unfit so I don't wish to lose weight I just want to be healthier. (I tried to run on the spot for a minute and it took half an hour to feel my tongue again and for my heart to calm down!)

So has anyone else tried these or similar and gotten results of any kind?

Also do I still do these everyday even if I ache from the day before?
