Is this normal after giving blood?!
So, I have blood on Monday and tried exercising today and felt really light headed and dizzy. Also, woke up with a large bruise on my lower stomach. It doesn't hurt when I apply pressure to it but I can feel a but of stinging when I sneeze or just in general.
